We offer a 30-day conditional refund for purchases on Preschool Language Accelerator only.

The terms of our 30-day conditional refund are as follows: Within 30 days the purchaser must show proof that they have attempted to implement 3 preschool language concepts (watched the training videos, completed the quizzes, downloaded the handouts and bonuses, engaged with and posted videos in the FB group, attempted with a client and received feedback from the client or boss that the process is not working) and has not been successful after watching all of our training videos. At that point, Speak About Speech Pathology will consult with the purchaser to give recommendations on changes. Once those changes have been applied, if the purchaser still doesn’t have success within the next 30 days, then Speak About Speech Pathology will refund the full payment and reimburse the purchaser. To qualify for the above you must, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 PM AEST. Refunds will be for the total price paid. We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program. 

All refunds outside of this policy are discretionary as determined by Speak About Speech Pathology. Speak About Speech Pathology reserves the right to issue refunds for extenuating circumstances, as we deem necessary. All refunds will be for the total price paid upon purchase.
